Housing on Paradise Found
Rule #3 says:
| You may place housing here with the housing tool provided in your bankbox. Either custom or old style housing is available. Housing placement is permitted where ever you are able to place it. No houses will be connected to another house by any means. Houses may be close but the houses must be completly seperate. You can not use the Yard Wand to bridge houses into one. Players must be able to walk between houses. Any houses that are presently linked together will have to be separated IMMEDIATLY. |
House Placement Tool & Surveyor's Scope

Yard Wand
- Yard Wand is available on the vendor stone near Brit bank. This tool can be used to place items around your house. The present limit is 10 tiles in all directions from your house foundation. This 10 tile limit may be changed in the future if we deem it needed. The tool is pretty self explanitory. There are hundreds of items that can be added like trees, fences, steps and many different ground tiles. Each item you place will deduct the cost from your bank box.
A few basic rules:

Please do not block any passage of players around your house. If your house is placed in a narrow passageway, leave room for players to get by your house.

Stairs can be placed then rotated by double clicking them. If you place an item wrong, some can be deleted by double clicking them and others by single click then click sell on the menu.

The Yard tool is a Deco tool NOT a major construction tools. We do not deem buildings as deco. We do not deem blocks stacked 5 to 10 high as deco. These are construction.

Construction over water is not permitted. A boat dock and pathways to it are permitted. Water deco and plant deco tying the land to the water is permitted. Building new acreage over the water is NOT permitted.
The Interior Decorator
- you may use it for rotating, moving, raising or lowering the stuff in your house and in the yard.
Critters on the yard
You can now buy a critter spawner from a staff member for your house or yard.
Rules for this feature:
- The critters that can be put on these spawners will be limited to domestic type critters, dogs, cats, barnyard animals and things like that.
- The basic cost for the spawner is 250k with one critter on it.
- Each additional critter will be 15k up to a max of 3 critters per spawner.
- If you want a house cat or dog, we can place the spawner in your house.
Contact a staff member to place one of these in your house or garden.
